About Your Membership

Your Black Truffle Country Club membership is billed annually and gives you access to exclusive perks across all our websites. Details of these perks can be found here.

For your convenience, your membership will automatically renew each year. We'll securely store your payment details and send you an email reminder before your annual renewal date so you're always in the loop.

Managing Your Membership

You have the flexibility to manage your membership, including pausing and reactivating it at any time. To make these changes, simply sign in to your account and go to the Membership area. A direct link to manage your membership is also included in your order confirmation emails. From the Membership area you can Pause, Cancel or Reactivate your membership.

Pausing

If you choose to pause your membership, your access to member perks—including the Club Hub on our main website—will be suspended. When you're ready to reactivate, your renewal date will be adjusted to include the remaining time on your current membership at the time you paused it. You can pause or reactivate from the Membership area of your account.

Cancelling

You can cancel your membership at any time from the Membership area of your account. Cancelling ensures your membership won't renew, but you'll still have access to all your perks until the end of your current membership term.

Refunds

All membership purchases are final and non-refundable. If you cancel, you will continue to enjoy your perks until the end of your current membership term.
