At Black Truffle Country, we bring the essence of Italian craftsmanship and tradition to your doorstep. We facilitate the logistics of your delivery as your dedicated agent, ensuring our paintings, sweaters, and wool yarns arrive with the care they deserve.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to the following countries and regions:

  • Italy (Domestic)
  • European Union (All Member States)
  • United Kingdom (Including Northern Ireland)
  • North America: USA and Canada
  • EFTA Countries: Switzerland and Norway

Shipping Rates & Specialty Handling

We offer tailored shipping solutions based on the nature of our unique products:

  • Artwork (Paintings): All paintings from our Artwork collection are shipped in protective tubes Free of Charge to all listed destinations. Every artwork shipment is fully insured to protect your investment.
  • Sweaters: Our hand-selected sweaters are delivered in high-quality L3 packaging (or equivalent) Free of Charge to all listed destinations.
  • Wool Yarn: Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the weight and volume of your order. These items are shipped in sturdy packaging, with the shipping cost handled by the customer.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDP)

For our customers in Non-EU destinations (USA, Canada, UK, Norway, and Switzerland), we operate a "No Surprises" policy.

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We collect all applicable import duties and local taxes at checkout for total transparency.
  • Seamless Delivery: Your order will be shipped with a Duty Delivered Paid label. We handle the customs formalities and payments in advance so that you are not asked for additional funds upon delivery.
  • Returns & Duties: Please note that while we can refund the product price for a return, the duties paid to your local government are non-refundable by us. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details on reclaiming these duties.

Transit Damage & Verification

While we act as your agent in organizing the shipment, we stand by the quality of our delivery. If an item arrives damaged, we require notification and photographic evidence within 48 hours to initiate a claim with our courier and organize a replacement for you. Lead Times & Tracking

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey from Italy to your home.
  • Lead Times: Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customs clearance in international destinations may occasionally cause minor delays beyond our control.
